Anyone who has provided PII to Lonsbury Consulting may elect to have their data deleted from our files, or to be used only for the service requested.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“NPII”) data is collected by Lonsbury Consulting and our partners and is used for retargeting. We, and/or one or more of our ad technology partners, may collect NPII from people who visit our website. All PII provided by individuals is maintained in confidence by Lonsbury Consulting. Lonsbury Consulting may be required to share information on individuals as it deems necessary to comply with a court order or to cooperate with government and law enforcement officials.

Lonsbury Consulting takes security very seriously, and we take measures to protect all of our data from unauthorized access, destruction or disclosure. We employ reasonable security measures such as maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state regulations.

Pages within Lonsbury Consulting that collect credit card information are maintained by third party companies that specialize in secure credit card data handling. Lonsbury Consulting does not store nor transmit unencrypted credit card data.

Lonsbury Consulting’s websites are not designed for children and do not provide privacy measures to protect children.
