Privacy Policy

The following statement describes the overall company Privacy Policy of Lonsbury Consulting, Inc. We strongly believe that all information deserves protection. By using our website you consent and agree to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information and to the privacy practices set out in this policy. We expressly reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time.
This Privacy Policy addresses how information is collected and used by Lonsbury Consulting and our partners. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Lonsbury Consulting does not own or control, or to people that Lonsbury Consulting does not employ.

Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) is data about you that is personally identifiable. Examples of PII include name, address, email address, credit card number or any other information that is not otherwise publicly available. We use PII that has been provided to us for business purposes such as to contact you, for billing, or to otherwise render our services. We retain that information until removal is requested, unless government retention policies require otherwise. Anyone who has provided PII to Lonsbury Consulting may elect to have their data deleted from our files, or to be used only for the service requested.
Lonsbury Consulting does not share, sell or rent your PII to any other third parties.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“NPII”) data is collected by Lonsbury Consulting and our partners and is used for retargeting. We, and/or one or more of our ad technology partners, may collect NPII from people who visit our website. This data is anonymous, and can include information such as web pages you’ve viewed, date and time of pageviews, domain type, location information associated with your IP address, and your interactions to an ad delivered by us or our ad technology partners. Lonsbury Consulting and our ad technology partners use different methods to collect this type of data, including cookies and web beacons, and it is stored indefinitely.

For NPII that we collect, directly or indirectly, we employ the use of “pixel tags” and/or “cookies.” Pixel tags are small bits of code that provide a method of delivery information on a webpage which allow the operator of the page or a third party to collect information about the users of the page. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the browser of your computer that uniquely identify your browser and provide information to the cookie sender. Many websites send cookies to the browsers that are visiting those sites, and many browsers are initially configured to accept cookies. You may be able to change your browser settings to refuse cookies or to alert you of when a cookie has been placed on your browser. Check your browser for details.

Lonsbury Consulting uses cookies and web beacons in the delivery of display advertisements to our website visitors on various sites across the Internet. These cookies do not store any PII, but they may record some or all of the following information: the set of people cookied, websites visited, where and when people viewed our ads, interactions (such as clicks) with an ad, and if a purchase was made. This type of information can in no way be used to identify a specific person or user of our service. This data will never be shared with third parties or used to display ads for a third party without explicit written permission from all parties.

The NPII collected by Lonsbury Consulting in the aforementioned process will be kept by us indefinitely and will be securely maintained and archived. Lonsbury Consulting does not link the NPII described here to any personally identifiable information provided to us.

All PII provided by individuals is maintained in confidence by Lonsbury Consulting. Lonsbury Consulting may be required to share information on individuals as it deems necessary to comply with a court order or to cooperate with government and law enforcement officials.

Lonsbury Consulting uses cookies and/or web beacons to provide our site based advertising retargeting. You can opt out of retargeting by disabling cookies on your browser. Please note that disabling cookies may diminish the experience of many of the websites you visit.

If you elect to provide Lonsbury Consulting with PII, you have the right to tell us to have such data deleted in its entirety at any time. You may email us or use one of the alternate contact methods listed on our website to remove your contact information from our database provided we have completed all your pending transactions. Please note that information is never completely removed from our history and disaster recovery archives.

Lonsbury Consulting takes security very seriously, and we take measures to protect all of our data from unauthorized access, destruction or disclosure. We employ reasonable security measures such as maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state regulations.

Pages within Lonsbury Consulting that collect credit card information are maintained by third party companies that specialize in secure credit card data handling. Lonsbury Consulting does not store nor transmit unencrypted credit card data.

Lonsbury Consulting’s websites are not designed for children and do not provide privacy measures to protect children. If you believe your child has provided Lonsbury Consulting with PII and you would like to have the data removed, please contact us. Lonsbury Consulting does not knowingly target children, and makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the targeting of children does not occur across any campaigns we run.
